10 Basic Tips for Anyone Seeking Optimal Health

  1. Eat Right for Your Blood Type.  Balance the proteins and "good" carbs.  Consider a good green drink daily.
  2. Take a Probiotic Twice A Day on an empty stomach to keep the good bacteria count high in your colon.
  3. Take a Multi-Vitamin/Mineral Twice a Day with food, along with a good amino acid fomula.
  4. Drink 6 to 8 Glasses of Pure Water Daily.  Drink most of this water between meals. (half hour before or 2 hours later)
  5. Take a High-Quality Protein Drink or Bar Once or Twice Daily if you are not getting enough protein.
  6. Ensure Good Bowel Elimination. (Use herbs if needed to ensure at least 2 bowel movements daily)
  7. Exercise 30 minutes at least 3 to 4 times a week.  Do something you like.
  8. Take a digestive enzyme with each meal .
  9. Incorporate stress relieving habits and/or supplements into your daily schedule.
  10. Start and end your day in gratitude for all your blessings.  It helps keep your body in a higher vibrational frequency.  Forgive others as quickly as possible.

The pathway is not about illness. It is about health and well-being. Its about survival in an unkind environment of long hours, family stress, poor eating habits and faulty digestion, overload of toxins, and a feeling of being overwhelmed.

Our goal should be to restore harmony and well-being to your body.  It is my hope that I teach you to walk the walk as well as talk the talk.....and that then you will open your arms to others and lead them to vibrant health too.
