Allow Me to Guide You on Your Own Journey To Vibrant Health
Vibrant Health requires more than a positive attidude toward the mechanics of the physical body. It requires a right emotional, sexual, mental, spiritual, energetic and total human relationship to the total condition in which we are appearing. This is the holistic view toward health.
The pathway is not about illness. It is about health and well-being. Its about survival in an unkind environment of long hours, family stress, poor eating habits and faulty digestion, overload of toxins, and a feeling of being overwhelmed.
Our goal should be to restore harmony and well-being to your body. It is my hope that I teach you to walk the walk as well as talk the talk.....and that then you will open your arms to others and lead them to vibrant health too.
Soon our family, friends, and our community will focus on wholeness, not illness, and our hearts will be filled with joy knowing that we helped make the community a better place to live in.
My role is to provide information and encouragement as you go along your journey toward vibrant health.
Taking the journey is not an overnight trip. You can't get from here to there without traveling the path. It isn't like taking a plane trip to the other end of the world and saying, Wow, look at the distance I've traveled. It just doesn't happen that way.
The journey is more like a car ride. You pull into the gas station and buy a map of the state that you are presently in and follow the highways, twisting and turning along the way. The more adventurous you are, the more you learn.
Sure, you can get on the expressway and bypass the scenery, but you wont be able to experience the landscape. If you take the slower scenic route, you may get a chance to visit with the townsfolk, expanding your own horizons by your own contact with the different cultures and learn what is presently not in your realm of knowledge.
So, the trip may be an opportunity to examine other people's beliefs or realities, other people's lifestyles or theories, other people's ways of living. Sometimes it means liberating ourselves from our rigidly held habits and venturing forth into a territory where we haven't been before. And sometimes that can be pretty scary, because it is so much easier to remain where we presently are: safely stuck in our old comfortable habits.
The problem for many is that they have no map, just a lot of dead ends. I try to offer the map that provides the general route but it is up to you to discover your own individual itinerary.
It is now up to you to pack your bags (with all your old habits), buy your ticket (make up your mind to start the program now), buy comfortable walking shoes for the trip (not running shoes- this journey takes time), get on board (make an appointment to get started), leave your worries behind (move forward, not back), cancel your newspaper (buy some uplifting books), say so long to many acquaintances (the annoying, negative ones), and set your alarm so that you dont miss the trip (build your life around your new schedule).
So Get Ready.........the Adventure is About to Begin!
The most exciting part about achieving vibrant health........is making the decision to do so!
I will strive to empower you to take charge of your life and make fundamental changes to establish the vibrant health that I know you are capable of achieving. I will teach you to be responsible for your own well-being and coach you through a series of steps that will guide you to choose your own path towards your health goals.
